DLF sells Kolkata tech park, land to Srijan Group for ₹670 crore

The IT/ITeS SEZ, comprising SEZ property, a constructed building, and a freehold land parcel of 8.15 acres with a gross leasable area of 10,54,357 sq ft, was sold for ₹409.86 crore, DLF said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
India's largest property developer also executed a separate pact to sell 17.75 acres of vacant land to Gangapurna Projects LLP, part of Srijan Group, for ₹260 crore, subject to requisite adjustments as agreed in the definitive documents.
DLF Cyber City Developers, the rental arm of DLF, had sold another asset Kolkata Tech Park 1 spread across 1.49 million sq ft to Srijan for ₹637 crore in November 2024.
During Q3FY26, DLF Cyber City Developers posted consolidated revenue of ₹1,878 crore and profit of ₹707 crore. Ebitda rose 18% year-on-year to ₹1,464 crore.
"Our closing vacancy as of 31 December in DCCDL, where about 88-90% of the rental assets are, is now down to about 5-5.5%," said Sriram Khattar, vice chairman and managing director, DLF Cyber City Developers, on an investor call. "However, in terms of value, it is further down to about 3.5%. The income was very robust."
Majority of the company's rental assets are part of DLF Cyber City Developers, a joint venture between DLF and GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund.
