The company has taken up three floors — ninth, 10th and 11th, at Sumadhura Capitol Towers. The fresh lease commenced on April 1, and has a tenure of five years.
The leased premises have a chargeable area of 180,121 sq ft and a carpet area of 133,290 sq ft. DHR Holdings will pay a monthly rent of Rs 1.34 crore, translating to a rental rate of Rs 74.20 per sq ft per month on the chargeable area, showed documents accessed through Propstack, a realty data analytics platform.
The total rental outgo over the five-year lease tenure is estimated at around Rs 88 crore, while the company has paid a security deposit of Rs 9.38 crore. The lease agreement provides for a 5% escalation in rent every year.

The transaction comes as Bengaluru continues to account for a significant share of India’s office leasing activity, driven by technology companies, global capability centres, financial services firms and other multinational enterprises expanding their operations in the city.
Whitefield, one of Bengaluru’s established commercial and residential corridors, has emerged as a major office market, supported by its connectivity to the eastern and southeastern parts of the city and the presence of large corporate campuses.
Danaher is a global science and technology company operating across life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology-related segments. Its portfolio includes companies and businesses focused on areas such as bioprocessing, life sciences research and diagnostics.
The transaction adds to the continuing demand for large-format office spaces in Bengaluru, where multinational companies and GCCs have been taking up sizeable blocks of space to consolidate or expand their operations.
