Deepika Padukone buys apartment in Mumbai's Bandra West

Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone has purchased a premium apartment in Mumbai suburb Bandra West for Rs 17.8 crore.

She has bought the apartment on the 15th floor of Sagar Resham co-operative society on Bandstand locality through her company KA Enterprises.

The deal was registered on September 12, showed documents accessed through Zapkey.com


The apartment is spread over built up area of 1,845 sq ft and the deal values the same at Rs 96,400 per sq ft.

ET's email query to KA Enterprises remained unanswered until the time of going to press.

The apartment next to this house owned by her husband Ranveer Singh's mother and was leased by his company RS Filmcraft for Rs 8.2 lakh a month on September 5.

This lease is for a total term of 55 months which includes monthly rentals of Rs 8.2 lakh for the first 22 months, and Rs 9.43 lakh the next 22 months.
