DDA Housing Scheme 2025: How to get a flat in Delhi’s tallest tower. Check location, price, dates & application process

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced a new housing scheme in East Delhi, offering over 1,000 flats in what will soon become the tallest residential tower in the National Capital. The 48-storey building, standing at 155 metres, is part of the East Delhi Hub, a massive mixed-use urban development spread across 30 hectares.

The East Delhi Hub will integrate residential, commercial, and civic spaces to create a modern, sustainable township. The foundation stone was laid by Union Home Minister Amit Shah in December 2019. However, the project encountered delays due to forest clearance and water and sewerage approval issues from the previous Delhi government.

Developed by the DDA under the project management of NBCC and built by Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd., the project features a 20,000 sq.m. green zone with a jogging track and open recreational space.

DDA Towering Heights Location

The project is strategically located next to Karkardooma Interchange Metro Station, offering direct connectivity to the Blue and Pink lines of the Delhi Metro. It also enjoys excellent road access via NH-9, NH-24, and other arterial roads connecting Central, East, and South Delhi. The Anand Vihar Railway Station and ISBT are also nearby, making it a prime residential location.

Reserve Price: Rs 1.78 crore to Rs 3.09 crore

Flat Size: 142 sq.m to 250 sq.m

Payment Terms: 75% of the flat cost payable upon auction, remaining 25% due by July 2026, when possession is expected

Please note that the reserve price excludes maintenance charges, GST, conversion fees, and water connection charges. GST (currently 5%) will apply on the final disposal price.

Additionally, 30 flats in the RH-02 Tower come with extra terrace space (7.16–48.09 sq.m), pushing their reserve price between ?2.10 crore and ?3.09 crore.

DDA Towering Heights How to Apply

Once the scheme is launched on October 25, the official brochure will be made available on the DDA website. Interested buyers must complete online registration and submit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) between October 31 and November 21.

After submitting the final application by November 24, applicants can participate in the live e-auction scheduled for December 1–4, 2025 to secure their dream flat in Delhi’s tallest tower.
