DB Group deputy managing director Pawan Agarwal buys bungalow in Golf Links

Pawan Agarwal, Deputy Managing Director of DB Group (Dainik Bhaskar), has bought a 575-square yard bungalow in Delhi's Golf Links for ₹75 crore, two people aware of the transaction told ET.

Agarwal joins the likes of Sunil Vachani, chairman of Dixon Technologies, and Vishwavir Ahuja, former chairman and managing director of RBL Bank, in having bought bungalows in Golf Links after the pandemic. According to documents accessed by Zapkey.com, Agarwal paid ₹3.75 crore in stamp duty for the transaction, which was registered in November 2022.

"There is a shortage of available bungalows in Golf Links and many transactions have taken place after the lockdown. The demand should continue," said Pradeep Prajapati, a luxury-segment real estate consultant.


Agarwal declined to comment on the deal.
