County Group will develop an ultra-luxury residential project in Gurugram. This project will feature 844 residences across nine towers and expansive landscapes. Construction is scheduled to begin in July 2026 and conclude by December 2032.

New Delhi: NCR-based real estate developer County Group, will develop an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 88A, Gurugram, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 4,500 crore.

Spread across approximately 24 acres, the project will comprise 844 residences across nine towers, including three Gold Segment towers, with 3 and 4 BHK configurations.

The project is located in New Gurugram’s evolving growth corridor and offers connectivity to key destinations through the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48. Planned around a pedestrian-first approach, vehicular movement will largely remain restricted to the periphery, allowing the inner landscape to remain calmer, greener and more pedestrian-friendly.
