This is the firm's second investment in the National Capital Region (NCR). It had agreed to invest ₹110 crore in a Noida-based developer earlier this year.
The fund has deployed capital in Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and the NCR, and is evaluating more proposals.
"We decided to invest in a low-rise development since the supply in this segment is low. Most of the developers in Gurugram are focusing on group housing projects with high ticket sizes. This is one of the few projects with G+4 development with strong traction from end users," said Certus Capital founder Ashish Khandelia.
The firm holds licences to operate as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund and a non-banking finance company. Its application for a fund management entity licence in GIFT City is being processed, Certus Capital said.
