NEW DELHI: Realty firm BPTP and presumably Reliance Retail as well as DLF have bid for constructing over 37,000 sq meter of commercial space in Indore.

Sources in the national capital-based BPTP confirmed that it has bid for the commercial project of 37,090 sq metre in Indore.

Industry sources said DLF and Reliance Retail also submitted their bids today. However, DLF sources said they have not participated in the tender process amid speculations that their tender has been rejected as the company did not submit an adequate bank guarantee.

No confirmation from Reliance could be obtained about its bid.

Indore Development Authority had called for technical and commercial bids for allotment of two adjoining plots for nominal lease having a reserve price of Rs 111.27 crore at a cost of Rs 30,000 per sq meter. Today was the last day for submitting bids. The price bid is likely to be opened tomorrow.
