BPTP Group to invest Rs 3,000 crore for developing a luxury residential project in Gurugram

The company expects a revenue of Rs 6,500 crore from the project which is spread across 12.05 acres.
The project will have a 155,000-sq ft club and 15 sky gardens across five towers.
“The integration of vertical gardens and premium amenities within the towers makes this product a truly unique development,” said Amaan Chawla, President of BPTP Limited.
BPTP has partnered with global architectural and landscape design firms including DP Singapore, Aedas Singapore, Grant Associates UK and Sanelac for the execution of the project.
The project will have 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with sizes ranging from 1600 sq. ft. to 2400 sq. ft and will have 885 apartments.
