Bengaluru: Table Space has expanded its Bengaluru footprint by leasing 4.69 sq ft of Grade-A managed office space across two key assets—Senate on Ulsoor Road and Gopalan Fortune City in Mahadevapura.

The company has taken the Senate asset on a 5-year lease and Gopalan Fortune City on a 9-year lease, strengthening its presence across prime micro-markets. “With this addition, Table Space’s total managed office portfolio in Bengaluru has crossed 4.2 million sq ft, reinforcing the city’s position as its largest market,” it said.

The expansion underscores a structural shift in occupier preference, with large enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs) increasingly moving away from conventional leases and coworking formats towards fully managed, customised office solutions. Table Space’s model, built on single ownership and enterprise-grade standardisation, enables faster scale-up, operational efficiency, and consistent delivery.

“Bengaluru remains the primary engine of this sector, contributing over 45% of Table Space's overall revenue. With approximately 460,000 sq. ft. added across two of its most sought-after micro-markets, we now operate over 4.2 million sq. ft. of fully managed, premium workspace in the city — meeting enterprise demand where it is strongest“, said Kunal Mehra, President and Co-CEO, Table Space

Table Space Senate, located on Ulsoor Road in the Central Business District, adds 1.86 lakh sq ft and offers strong connectivity, including proximity to Trinity Metro Station. Table Space Gopalan Fortune City, spanning 2.83 lakh sq ft, is strategically positioned at the intersection of Outer Ring Road and Whitefield—one of Bengaluru’s most active GCC and tech corridors.

As enterprise occupiers prioritise agility, scalability, and compliance-ready infrastructure, managed office platforms are emerging as a preferred strategy over traditional leasing. Table Space continues to focus on high-liquidity assets and ready-to-move-in, customised workspaces.
