Bengaluru: Table Space has expanded its Bengaluru footprint by leasing 4.69 sq ft of Grade-A managed office space across two key assets—Senate on Ulsoor Road and Gopalan Fortune City in Mahadevapura.

The expansion underscores a structural shift in occupier preference, with large enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs) increasingly moving away from conventional leases and coworking formats towards fully managed, customised office solutions.
