BCD Group bags 1.5 mn sft of residential development in Bengaluru

BCD Group, a prominent player in the Indian construction and design industry, has recently clinched a residential project spanning 1.5 million square feet in Bengaluru from Ramsons Trendsquares.

Situated across 6.5 acres, the project entails an investment of Rs 660 crores. Notably, this marks the first partnership between BCD and Ramsons Trendsquares.

The mixed-use development by Ramsons Trendsquares will be completed in two phases, with 600 residential units in phase 1 and 5 million sqft in phase 2, including residential and commercial developments. “The first phase of the project has already been sold out, and the company is aggressively working towards initiating the second phase,” the company said.
