Awfis signs service agreement to manage 165,000 sq ft for NSE in Mumbai

BKC, Adani Inspire is a 10-storey commercial building connected to the Aqua Line of the Underground Metro and the Bandra suburban station. Awfis already operates a coworking centre in the building, and with this new deal, it expands its footprint with additional two centres.
This deal was facilitated by Rounak Real Estate Consultants, an advisory firm with integrated prime residential, commercial and industrial offering.

As the demand for flex spaces continues to grow across India, Awfis is well-prepared to meet this rising need with scalable solutions designed to support both immediate growth and long-term strategic goals,“ said Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director, of Awfis Space Solutions.
Awfis is among India’s first publicly listed workspace solutions platform and the largest coworking network in the country. It has 205 centres and over 1.3 Lakh seats across 18 cities.
