Bengaluru: Flexible workspace provider Awfis Space Solutions is targeting a 50% expansion of its portfolio to reach 135,000 seats by the end of the current fiscal year, with managed office space accounting for the bulk of it.

The company is also aiming for a 30% revenue growth in FY25, which, deputy chief executive Sumit Lakhani, said will be fuelled by the expansion of supply and achievement of higher occupancy rates at its existing centres.

Lakhani said the company has about 95,000 operational seats and is planning to add some 40,000 more by the end of FY25, according to the FY25 guidance perspective.

"During the January to March quarter, 22 new centres were opened, and 73% of these centres operated under a managed aggregation model," said Lakhani. "Additionally, 15,084 new seats were added, with 69% of these seats being part of the managed aggregation model."
