AU Real Estate to invest Rs 600 crore in luxury residential project in Ghaziabad

AU Real Estate, a realty company from the promoter of Aditya builder will invest Rs 600 crore in its first luxury residential project, "The Sunflower," in Aditya World City, Ghaziabad.

The Sunflower Phase will have five towers with 30 floors each, housing a total of 595units spread over 6.94 acres.

The project will have 3 and 4 BHK high-rise apartments, ranging from 2700 to 4000 square feet and also a 70,000 sq ft lobby area for each tower.


“We are getting positive response from the buyers and hope to make Ghaziabad a luxury home destination with this project. We are actively looking for joint development opportunities for expansion of our real estate portfolio,” said Ashish Agarwal, Director, AU Real estate.

The company said it plans to compete the project through sales receivable and internal fund.

“Residential real estate has picked up post Covid and the momentum is helping developers to generate cash flow through sales only. Ghaziabad is an untapped market and many locals are looking for lifetime upgrade,” said Agarwal.
