Asset Homes launches 9 mega projects of Rs 125 cr

Construction company Asset Homes on Thursday launched nine mega projects of Rs 125 crore for constructing 403 flats, 55 villas and 42 CRG (Close Relation Groups) homes in Kerala.


KOCHI: Construction company Asset Homes on Thursday launched nine mega projects of Rs 125 crore for constructing 403 flats, 55 villas and 42 CRG (Close Relation Groups) homes in Kerala.

Addressing a press meet here, Asset Homes Director K A Mohammed Saleem said the flats, which will be constructed in and around Kochi, will have international facilities.

These homes will be in the range of Rs 15 lakh to Rs 85 lakh. The projects' specialty will be "truly digital homes" he said, adding Digital towers to be constructed at nearby Kakkanad will have 150 flats.

The company will be constructing CRG homes for the first time in India, he said, adding these flats are offered exclusively to close knit groups.

Asset Homes are eco-friendly with eco-features including modern waste-management systems, rain water storage, water recycling systems, herbal garden, green space and three-lane jogging track, he said.
