ArisInfra, Capacit’e Ink Rs 800 cr construction material procurement pact
ArisInfra Solutions has signed a five-year procurement deal with Capacit’e Infraprojects to source construction materials worth ₹800 crore via its platform, marking one of the sector’s first long-term structured sourcing agreements.
The pact builds on an existing ₹600 crore relationship across 15+ sites and covers 100+ material categories through a network of 500+ suppliers.
The deal shifts Capacit’e away from fragmented, spot buying to a consolidated, tech-led procurement model, signalling a broader move toward predictable supply chains and pricing transparency in India’s construction sector.
The agreement is among the first structured, long-term procurement commitments in India’s construction sector, the companies said in a release.

The pact builds on an existing relationship that has already seen over Rs 600 crore of transactions across more than 15 project sites. The engagement spans over 100 material stock-keeping units, including aggregates, ready-mix concrete, steel, electricals and plumbing, supported by a supplier base of over 500 vendors on the Aris network.
Under the pact, Capacit’e will formalise and consolidate its materials procurement on the Aris platform over a multi-year horizon, moving away from the industry’s traditional spot-buying approach.
“India’s construction materials ecosystem has largely operated without forward visibility or structured commitments,” said Ronak Morbia, CMD, ArisInfra Solutions. “This arrangement extends long-term discipline to the demand side, complementing our supply-side capacity tie-ups.”

The deal signals a shift in a fragmented and opaque procurement landscape, where contractors have historically relied on site-level, short-term sourcing. By aggregating demand and managing fulfilment through technology, ARIS aims to create predictable supply chains and pricing visibility.
The company indicated that similar demand-side partnerships are in the pipeline, pointing to the emergence of a new supply chain infrastructure layer in the construction industry.
