Arisinfra Solutions’ subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions (Unitern), has received the mandate from Transcon Group to manage the second phase of a commercial development in Mumbai’s western suburb Santacruz (West). The project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 250 crore.

The project’s second phase has around 0.56 lakh sq ft of RERA carpet area for free sale and comprises retail shops and small-office spaces. All approvals, including RERA, are in place, and construction is at an advanced stage, the company said in a release.

Through this 18-month mandate, Unitern will oversee project execution and construction material procurement, along with sales, channel partner management, collections and lender management.

“A third mandate from Transcon is strong validation of the Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) model…We accelerate sales and closure, creating liquidity for both the developer and its lender,” said Srinivasan Gopalan, CEO, Arisinfra Solutions.

According to Transcon Group’s Promoter Kirti Kedia, Transcon’s team would focus on approvals and tenant management, while Unitern would handle execution and sales.

The appointment marks Unitern’s third mandate from Transcon Group. The company previously worked on the first phase of the same Santacruz project, which has received its Occupation Certificate (OC), with handovers underway. Unitern was also recently appointed for another project of Transcon at Kalina in Mumbai.
