Ansal ties up with Ashiana to build housing complex in Lucknow

NEW DELHI: Real estate developer Ansal API on Tuesday said it has joined hands with another developer Ashiana to construct a residential complex in Lucknow with an investment of Rs 134.4 crore.

The residential complex 'Utsav', exclusively for senior citizens, would be a part of the 1,967 acre Sushant Golf City being developed by Ansal API.

The complex would be built up in an area of about 14 acres.

"Senior citizens look forward to a place where they can enjoy the simple pleasures of life that they missed out in their life. The company endeavours to contribute in making their life simpler and easier with Utsav," Ansal API Director Pranav Ansal said in a statement.

The complex would be managed by a subsidiary of Ashiana and would include facilities such as 24-hour availability of doctors and paramedical staff, wheel chair accessible homes among others, it said.

Ashiana would also provide assistance in organising hobby clubs, art and culture programmes, movies, shopping, holiday trips and many other activities for the residents.
