Amar Merani, chief investment officer and head of real estate assets of 360 One Asset, has resigned from the firm, according to informed sources.

“Both parties have reached an agreement to remain with the firm until the end of the year. Post which Merani is anticipated to pursue an entrepreneurial role following his transition from the company,” said one of the source quoted above.

Merani could not be reached for comment.


Bringing over 30 years of experience to the table, Merani has overseen the real estate vertical with a focus on residential and commercial investments, as well as the resolution and recovery of assets from the legacy portfolios of residential developers.

Prior to his role at 360 One Asset, Merani served as the managing director and CEO at Xander Finance, and has also served as the executive director at Kotak Investment Banking and headed their real estate business.
