Alliance to build Singapore lifestyle villas in Hyderabad
Bangalore-based Alliance Group today announced its entry into the city of Nizams by setting up of a Singapore lifestyle villa project -- Inner Circle -- at Shamirpet, for a total investment of Rs 480 crore.

HYDERABAD: Bangalore-based Alliance Group today announced its entry into the city of Nizams by setting up of a Singapore lifestyle villa project -- Inner Circle -- at Shamirpet, for a total investment of Rs 480 crore.
Inner Circle will have 350 luxury villas designed by Asia's leading architectural firm, Surbana of Singapore, Alliance Group Chairman and Managing Director Manoj Namburu told reporters here.
The company has marked Rs 480 crore for the project of which Rs 60 crore would be for land, he added.
Spread over 60 acres, the villas on plot sizes ranging between 2,400 sq ft and 6,000 sq ft would be priced between Rs 80 lakhs and Rs Two crore.
The project, he added, was aimed at meeting the growing demand in Hyderabad for high-quality and classy lifestyle living.
To ensure this, Inner Circle would have a 110-room 5-star hotel on the campus offering international standard clubhouse facilities like speciality restaurants, gym, sauna, steam, swimming pool, tennis court, banquet halls and children's play area among others, he added.
The project is expected to be completed in 36 months.
