Actor Samantha Ruth buys Rs 7.8 crore flat in Hyderabad

South actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu has bought a duplex apartment in Hyderabad for about ₹7.8 crore. The property, bought from Nalla Preetham Reddy, is in Jayabheri Orange County of Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

It comes with six car parking slots. "The property has a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, with 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor," as per CRE Matrix - A Real Estate Data Analytics Firm.

The Telugu actress had earlier reportedly purchased a palatial apartment worth a whopping INR 15 crore in Mumbai suburbs. The actress is the next in line to invest in a luxurious property in the financial capital of India after her co-Telugu star Rashmika Mandanna.


Reportedly, Samantha has purchased a lavish three-bedroom apartment in the city with a spectacular view of the sea.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is currently shooting for her second Bollywood project. The project is helmed by the filmmaker duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. The long-awaited Citadel series will feature actor Varun Dhawan in a lead role. Many reports suggest that the upcoming project is a major reason behind Samantha’s shift to Mumbai. The actress is looking forward to being involved in more Hindi film projects. Samantha is gearing up for the release of the movie titled ‘Shaakuntalam.’
