Aartas CliniShare aims to add 20,000 sq. ft. of healthcare infrastructure across Delhi NCR by the financial year-end. The company is focusing on Noida, West Delhi, and North Delhi for its expansion efforts. Aartas CliniShare operates on a managed ...
The firm is expanding its managed OPD infrastructure model to serve healthcare enterprises, including specialty clinic networks, healthcare startups and hospital groups.
Operating on a leased infrastructure model, Aartas CliniShare identifies, develops and manages customised healthcare spaces in strategic locations, with a focus on Central Business Districts (CBDs) and high-potential micro-markets that offer accessibility and proximity to target patient populations.
The company has recently partnered with Gut Clinic, Synchrony and Rising Dental Practice. It Over the next 2–3 years, the company aims to establish 8–10 new centres, taking its total infrastructure footprint to approximately 1 lakh sq. ft.
Unlike conventional leasing arrangements, Aartas CliniShare offers an end-to-end managed infrastructure solution for OPD operations. Its services span location identification and catchment analysis, space design and development, regulatory compliance and licensing, clinical infrastructure, technology, staffing, facility management and day-to-day operations.
This allows healthcare partners to focus on clinical delivery, patient experience and business growth, while Aartas CliniShare takes care of the infrastructure and operational ecosystem.
Founded in 2021 to help individual doctors set up independent practices, Aartas CliniShare has since been used by more than 150 doctors, speciality clinics and enterprise brands across its centres in South Delhi and Gurugram.
“Hospital groups and new-age startups are choosing asset-light, OPD-led expansion over building full facilities. Patients want trusted specialty care closer to home, brands want a presence in many micro-markets without recreating their operations each time, and more doctors want to build their own practices without managing property and paperwork,” said Ankur Sharma, Co-founder, AartasCliniShare.
Individual doctors remain the core of the business. Today, about 80% of the business comes from individual doctors and 20% from enterprise, speciality and group practices. Going forward, up to 30% of space will be set aside for enterprise clients, with the rest serving individual doctors, specialists and group clinics.
“Enterprise partnerships let us build bigger and move faster, but the goal hasn’t changed. Doctors should spend their time practising medicine, not managing clinics and infra,” said Ayush Sharma, Co-founder, AartasCliniShare.
