World class hotels will be constructed within a year at Hathni Kund in Yamuna Nagar to attract tourists.

CHANDIGARH: World class hotels will be constructed within a year at Hathni Kund in Yamuna Nagar to attract tourists, Haryana Forest, Environment and Tourism minister Kiran Choudhry said here on Saturday.

Eighteen acres of land have been allotted to the Tourism Department for the purpose, Choudhry said.

The minister was talking to mediapersons in Yamunanagar after dedicating an "Elephant Rehabilitation and Research Centre" at Ban Santor in the district.
