Viceroy to bring 9 cos under fold

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad-based Viceroy Hotels is bringing nine of its entities under the Viceroy umbrella.

The nine companies are: Blue Fox Bar and Restaurant, Cafi D'Lake, Minerva Hotels, Minerva Coffee Shop, Minerva Restaurant, Banjara Hospitalities, Minerva Hospitalities, Crustum Products and Minerva Enterprises.

After the amalgamation, these entities will have a single balance sheet and be run under a single management, Viceroy director (finance) K Narasimha Rao said.

Viceroy shareholders have approved the amalgamation proposal. The company will now seek approvals from the Andhra Pradesh High Court and stock exchanges for the merger proposal.
