The Oberoi Group to host the second edition of its Food and Beverage Conclave

This is the second of the six culinary conclaves that form a part of the Food and Beverage conclave started by the hotel chain last year.
Chef Anil Rohira, alumnus of The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York, will conduct session on entremets and chocolate application while chef Kriti Walia of Cupolicious, Germany will interact with group’s chefs on conceptualizing, designing and making wedding cakes.
International baking expert chef Peter Yuen, who owns La Patisserie P in Chicago, will conduct sessions on laminated and artisan breads.

The first two of the six conclaves focused on traditional Indian cuisine and Bakery while the other four conclaves will see The Oberoi Group’s chefs and culinary experts from the industry discuss topics such as Oriental, Italian, Wines and Cocktails.
The Oberoi Group operates 30 luxury hotels in India and overseas, two luxury Nile Cruisers, and a Motor Vessel in the backwaters of Kerala under its 'Oberoi' brand. The Group is also engaged in flight catering, airport restaurants, travel and tour services, car rentals, project management and corporate air charters.
