Tellado Realty divests its hospitality business to StayVista

Tellado Realty, one of the luxury developers in Goa with projects like Tellado Villas (Siolim) and Baia Villas (Mandrem) has divested its hospitality business to villa rental brand StayVista.

StayVista said it will be making its fully-serviced stays available at Tellado’s villa establishments in Assagao, Siolim, Mandrem and Aldona.

The company said the partnership is one of the first moves by StayVista to build a strong B2B vertical, offering facility management, design consultancy and sales services to developers across India.


Pranav Maheshwari, co-founder of StayVista said Tellado's focus on luxury is 'inspiring'.

"We are happy to partner with Tellado and carry forward the hospitality business with the same values for guests through the Stayvista experience in each of the Tellado villas," he added.

Rahul Agarwal, founder and managing director of Tellado said the move allows the company to focus on its core mission of building Goa's top luxury villas, while operations and management will be handled by StayVista.
