Radisson Hotel Group, BNW Developments sign dual-tower project in Ras Al Khaimah

Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) and BNW Developments have signed an agreement to develop Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central, and Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central in Ras Al Khaimah. As per an ETTravel report, the dual-tower project will come up in RAK Central, the emirate’s upcoming financial and commercial district, and is scheduled to open in 2029.

As per the report, the development will be part of the 3.1 million sq. ft. RAK Central master plan. The area is planned as a mixed-use district with commercial, financial, residential, and recreational spaces. The site sits close to Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra Village and connects directly to the E11 highway, which links Ras Al Khaimah with other emirates.

“Our first RAK Central project in collaboration with Radisson Hotel Group marks a significant milestone for BNW Developments. RAK Central is set to become the heartbeat of Ras Al Khaimah, and we are proud to contribute to its transformation with a project of this scale,” ET Travel quoted Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder, BNW Developments, as saying.

Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central will have 361 keys. The hotel will include five dining outlets, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, meeting spaces, a spa, a gym, a Business Class lounge, and a kids’ club. Next to the hotel, Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central will include 222 branded homes. Residents will have access to hotel services and amenities.
