Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi, Great Kabab Factory honoured

NEW DELHI: Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi and its famed restaurant The Great Kabab Factory (TGKF) have received Certificate of Excellence awards from Trip Advisor for top performance in hospitality and culinary expertise, respectively, for third year in a row this year.

This award is being conferred to only a select group of hotels worldwide for their excellence and constant effort for providing best of services and maintaining best standards at all times. Only the top-performing 10 per cent of businesses listed on Trip Advisor receive this prestigious award.

The Certificate of Excellence award provides top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most – customers.

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by guests and must have been listed on Trip Advisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
