Consolidated revenue from operations rose 50% to ₹9,358 crore, while Ebitda more than doubled to ₹2,594 crore, the hospitality company said in its annual report released on Thursday.

The company said it benefited from higher business volumes, a stronger contribution from premium and company-serviced hotels, operating leverage across markets and the full-year contribution from US motel chain G6 Hospitality that it acquired in December 2024.
Gross booking value (GBV) increased 88.5% to ₹30,683 crore during the year, compared with ₹16,279 crore in financial year 2025, it said.
The company's updated draft red herring prospectus had reported a net profit of ₹748 crore on revenue of ₹6,941 crore for the first nine months of FY26. According to the updated prospectus, it is considering a ₹6,650 crore initial public offering.
