Khana Khazana to open 10 restraunts, including four in Bahrain

AHMEDABAD: Master chef Sanjeev Kapoor led Khana Khazana today said it will open ten middle segment restraunts under its flagship brand -The Yellow Chilli-this year, including four in Bahrain, a top company official said.

"We shall be opening ten restraunts this year including four in Bahrain, two in Gujarat, one each in Jaipur and Bangalore, for which contracts have been signed," Khana Khazana Chief Operating Officer(COO) Rajeev Matta said.

Matta was here for the inaguration of first-The Yellow Chilli-restraunt in Gujarat here.

The group which operates on frachisee business model has chain of close to 20 restraunts in India, including its food court models-The Yellow Chilli Express.

The company has agressive expansion plans in the Middle-East also where it has two high end dining restraunts Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana, one each in Dubai and Doha.

"Within a span of next five years we plan to open ten of our middle segment restraunts in Saudi Arabia, and three of our high end dining outlets Khana Khazana there, besides a few in Kuwait," Matta said.

"We are in the process of launching an exclusive 24x7 TV channel on Food and Lifestyle in next four months," Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor said.
