The company said the development comprises a dual hotel complex along with a large-format convention centre. The project features approximately 300 keys, 13 meeting rooms, four F&B outlets, expansive lawns, and multiple public and event spaces, and is scheduled to open in 2026.
Speaking on the occasion, Vijayta Raheja said Maharashtra continues to lead as one of India’s most progressive and investment-friendly states, driven by a strong focus on infrastructure, ease of doing business, and forward-looking governance. "Developments such as these further strengthen the state’s position as a preferred destination for tourism, business, and global investments," she added.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis stated the importance of large-scale integrated developments, noting that they play a vital role in strengthening Mumbai’s position as a global destination for tourism, business, and international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
