Juniper Hotels to invest Rs 850 crore to develop 5-star hotel in Delhi

New Delhi: Juniper Hotels Limited on Friday said it will invest Rs 850 crore to develop a 550-key 5-star hotel at Dwarka in the National Capital, taking the group's portfolio to nearly 1,000 keys.

The company has executed a licence deed with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Juniper Hospitality Assets Pvt Ltd, for the hotel, which is expected to be completed by 2030, the company said in a statement.

With the addition of the new property in Delhi and completion of its ongoing development projects, Juniper Hotels is expected to have a portfolio of 12 hotels, it added.


The company further said it continues to evaluate inorganic opportunities to achieve its milestone of doubling its key count to approximately 3,900 keys by FY 2030-31.
