ITC Hotels on Thursday announced that it would construct a hotel in Andhra Pradesh's Vishakhapatnam for Rs 328 crore.

Currently, the hospitality company has no hotels in Vishakhapatnam. The Company, however, manages two hotels in Visakhapatnam under the Management Contracts, including Welcomhotel Devee Grand Bay, which has 104 keys and Fortune in Sree Kanya (through wholly owned subsidiary) with 68 keys.

The new hotel is proposed to have 200 keys, and is expected to be built by 2029.

This is in line with the investment and expansion strategy of the Company.
