The proposed combination envisages the related transactions and merger of AAPC India Hotel Management, Caddie Hotels, Triguna Hospitality Ventures (India), and others-such as Srilanand Mansions, Techpark Hotels and Accent Hotels-with and into InterGlobe Hotels, the competition regulator said in a statement.
Interglobe Enterprises is an investment holding company wholly owned by the Bhatia family, it said.
InterGlobe Hotels (IGH), AAPC India, Triguna and Caddie are entities owned jointly by the Bhatia Group and the Accor Group, as per the statement.
