Indian Hotels to add three properties under Gateway brand in 2015
"We will be opening three new properties under the Gateway brand in India by end of 2015 taking the total tally under the brand to 28," Verma said.
The current property, The Gateway Resort Damdama Lake Gurgaon, which had its official launch today is owned by developer Pawan Dhoot of Dhoot Infrastructure Projects and cost the developer over Rs 100 crores to build.
"In the next six to eight months, we will launch three properties under the Gateway brand in Pune, Raipur and Corbett in Uttarakhand. They will each be 150, 121 and 50 keys respectively," adds Verma. The IHCL operated Gateway is a mid-market brand, positioned below the Vivanta and manages properties.
