Hyatt appoints Sanjeev Tandon as sales and marketing head for West India hotels

MUMBAI: International hotel chain Hyatt has appointed Sanjeev Tandon as the sales and marketing head for its West India hotels. Under this new role, Tandon will be overseeing the sales and marketing function of Grand Hyatt Mumbai as well as its seven hotels in Mumbai, Pune and Goa and soon to open Hyatt Place, Goa.

With over two decades of experience with hotel brands in India, Middle East and Thailand, Tandon has worked with brands like Sheraton, Le Meridien, Taj, Oberoi, Dusit Thani, Jumeirah International and Moevenpick hotels.

Tandon is a hotel management graduate of IHM Mumbai and an alumni of S. P. Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai, with a Master’s degree in Marketing.

Hyatt Hotels currently has 22 properties in the country under brands like Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place.
