Hero Motors forays into restaurant business

Hero Motors today announced its entry into restaurant business through the launch of 'AUMA', a multi-cuisine eating joint in the capital.

NEW DELHI: Auto component firm Hero Motors today announced its entry into restaurant business through the launch of 'AUMA', a multi-cuisine eating joint in the capital.

The company said Charu Munjal, one of the board of directors of Hero Motors, and Gagan Khosla of Stalwart Homestyles had conceptualised AUMA after success of their first venture OMA, the flagship store dealing in contemporary luxury lifestyle products.

"Oma and Stalwart Homestyles bring stylish and fashionable luxury to India for customers with fine taste. Keeping with this trend we have launched 'AUMA' to redefine luxury dining in Delhi," Hero Motors Charu Munjal said in a statement.

Auma has been designed to define fine dining space and contemporary styling with à la carte menu of cuisines varying from Mediterranean, Italian and Oriental, the company said.
