Govt plans to disinvest ITDC's Ashok hotel in Delhi with a long 60-year lease
Hotel Ashok in Lutyens Delhi, a pet project of India’s first PM Jawaharlal Nehru and built-in time for the country to host the UNESCO meet in 1956. The govt is confident it can get nearly Rs 5000 Cr from a long lease of 60 years.
