Goa Marriott organises Independence Week food festival

NEW DELHI: Five-star luxury resort Goa Marriott on Monday announced that it is organising a 10-day-long food festival to coincide with the Independence Week.

The 'Flavours of India' food festival on August 8-17 would include diverse tastes of Indian cuisine from Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Gujarat and Maharashtra, Goa Marriott said in a statement.

"The festival designed in sync with the theme of the month will display the Indian spirit of unity in diversity. Each day one special cuisine will be on menu making it a daily treat for ardent fans of Indian food," the statement added
