Elan Group signs agreement with Marriott to bring JW Marriott hotel, residences to Gurugram

New Delhi: NCR-based Elan group has entered into an agreement with Marriott International to introduce a JW Marriott Hotel and JW Marriott Residences Gurugram within Elan’s 50-acre integrated township at Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.

The construction and development of the hotel and residences will be by Elan Group and sales and marketing activities for the residences will start after obtaining requisite RERA registrations.

Upon completion, Marriott Hotels India Private Limited will manage both the hotel and residences.
