Carlson group to set up 5-star hotel in Rudrapur
The Assotech and Supertech combine plans to open a five-star hotel in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.

MUMBAI: The Assotech and Supertech combine plans to open a five-star hotel in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.
The two companies have floated a special purpose company for this project, which is scheduled to be completed in June 2009. This property will be managed by Radisson under Carlson group of US.
"The 5-star hotel with conference/banquet hall is part of an integrated facility comprising retail and entertainment space spread across 4.7 acres and has been planned with an investment of Rs 150 crore" said Sanjeev Srivastva, managing director, Assotech.
Rudrapur has fast changed into the industrial city of northern India with investments reaching $2 billion and companies like Bajaj, Tata Motors, HCL, Dabur, Ashok Leyland setting a plants.
