Budget hotel chain Lords to expand to tier-II and III cities
Budget hotel chain Lords will add four properties in cities such as Agra, Jammu, Maduda(Karnatka) & Savli(Baroda) in the next one year.
Lords owns nine out of the 24 properties under its fold. "We are looking at tier II and III cities since they have lot of unmet demand for branded hotels which can provide rooms at competitive rates," said Romesh Koul, director of the hospitality company.
He added that the company will add four properties in cities such as Agra,Jammu,Maduda(Karnatka) and Savli(Baroda) in the next one year.
