MUMBAI: BSEL Infrastructure Realty Limited and Unity Infraprojects Limited have been awarded the Rs 545 crore contract to build six malls in Nagpur.
The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) awarded the contract to the JV, formed by the two companies, after it emerged the highest bidder in the tender floated by NMC, a release issued here on Tuesday said.
The malls would have a gross built-up area of 2.7 million square feet.
BSEL is also constructing the BSEL-Buty Palace in Nagpur apart from a prime budget hotel with service apartments, BSEL-Narmada Nihar in Gujarat.
The company's projects include the 3,00,000 sq ft BSEL Tech Park near Vashi railway station and the Hilton Centre office complex at CBD Belapur with 22,000 sq ft of office space
