XLRI to launch first ever national talent management survey
The survey will be launched during the 6th national HR Conference to be held on 19th and 20th of January.
NEW DELHI: Premier business school XLRI will launch a national talent management survey which will highlight the current HR practices aimed at retaining and fostering talented workforce, the institute said in a statement.
The survey is expected to collate inputs and insights from over a 100 corporates in India. This initiative, undertaken by Sapphire, the HR committee at XLRI in association with XLRI alumni will showcase modern talent management practices in the country.
"The corporate world is in a state of constant flux. Despite continuing to be of significant interest of both academicians and practitioners alike, the content and practices of talent management have remained obscure. Keeping this in mind, XLRI has launched the first ever national talent management survey," Father E Abraham, director of XLRI said in a statement.
"Through this forum, we would try to understand talent management as a concept and analyse its future in terms of best practices that need to be undertaken," he added.
The XLRI national talent management survey will be launched during the 6th national HR Conference to be held on 19th and 20th of January in Jamshedpur.
The conference aims to address aspects of people management ranging from issues like employee development during turbulent times to employer branding across various platforms.
