The Indian School of Business (ISB) designed the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Executives (PGP MAX) for leaders with 10+ years of work experience, preparing for enterprise and C-suite leadership roles. The 15-month modular programme combines rigorous management learning, leadership development, global perspectives, experiential learning and a diverse senior peer group. Structured across 12 immersive learning weeks over 15 months, including an international immersion, PGP MAX enables participants to continue working while periodically stepping away to learn, reflect and return with a broader perspective.

PGP MAX is structured around eight interconnected cross-functional themes, spanning areas such as sociopolitical economy, innovation and change, leadership and decision-making, and digital business transformation. These themes help participants connect perspectives across strategy, finance, marketing, operations, technology and leadership. Because participants continue working during the programme, they can apply new frameworks and perspectives to live organisational challenges, making the learning immediately relevant.
