DUBAI: E-learning and simulations company Tata Interactive Systems is bringing its interactive Tata Interactive Learning Forum to the Middle East for the first time.

Dubbed Tata Interactive Learning Forum - Arabia 2011, the invitation-only event kicks off in Dubai on September 29 and is is exclusively for the Heads of HR and training functions across industry verticals.

The Tata Interactive Learning Forum (TLF) is being held for the first time in Middle East after seven years of successful experience across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and India.

The TLF has been extended to Middle East after the success of past events held in the US, the UK, Australia and India over the last seven years.

Themed, 'Improving the Triple Bottom-Line of Training - People, Performance and Profits', this exclusive forum will focus on sharing the experiences and best practices of various industry thought leaders and will have interactive sessions on topics such as developing leadership talent, creating a virtual institute for talent management and building the next generation learning organisation.
