Supreme Court says NEET exam to be held on September 12 as per schedule

The Supreme Court has said that the medical entrance exam NEET will go ahead as per schedule and won't be delayed.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) opposed the plea saying that the students can appear for the NEET exam and that the results of CBSE qualifying exam are only needed at the counselling stage.


The court said that it can't interfere with an exam schedule and create uncertainty.

The court said that the petitioners can approach the authorities and make a representation.
