SP Jain School of Global Management to launch its second Mumbai campus in 2016

MUMBAI: SP Jain School of Global Management, with campuses in Sydney, Singapore, Dubai and Kamla Mills Mumbai, is now looking at opening another campus in Kohinoor City, near BKC, in early 2016.

The BKC campus, an extension of the Kamla Mills Campus, will have classrooms equipped with state-of-art facilities such as touch screen whiteboards, high definition inter-campus video conferencing facilities and unique decision-making touchpads.

"B Schools have to focus on skills, not on knowledge. We are mindful of the fact that we are catering to a business environment that demands learning agility," said Nitish Jain, President, SP Jain Global School of Management.

The SP Jain School of Global Management offers immersion learning methodology and other cutting edge practices. Several corporates use it for their training requirements as it offers some unique simulations and courses such as design thinking and Big Data.

The B School requires candidates to take one of the following aptitude tests: GMAT, CAT or SPJAT (S P Jain Aptitude Test). S P Jain accepts the best score from any of these tests. The admissions team then shortlists applications based on past academic performance, aptitude test scores, work experience, extracurricular activities, and other achievements. Shortlisted candidates are required to visit one of the selection centres for further evaluation. This test includes writing essays, analysing case studies, and undergoing a personal interview.
