Six day Management Development programme underway at IIM-K

The programme, organised by the IIM-K in association with the British Council of India and specially designed for young women entrepreneurs, was inaugurated on May 4.

KOZHIKODE: A six-day Management Development Programme on "Young Women Social Entrepreneurship Development Programme" commencecd at the Indian Institute of Management campus here.

The programme, organised by the IIM-K in association with the British Council of India and specially designed for young women entrepreneurs, was inaugurated on May 4 by Mei-kwei Barker, Director, British Council (South India) a press release from the IIM-K said today.

It provides advanced social enterprise training to women trainers who will then cascade their knowledge by training aspiring and early stage women social entrepreneurs.

Training sessions are designed to upgrade the skills and knowledge of the master trainers and equip them with the necessary tools to build competencies on innovative approaches to social entrepreneurship.
