Numaligarh Refinery inks MoU with Dibrugarh University

GUWAHATI: State-run oil refiner-marketer Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd’s Assam based refinery, Numaligarh Refinery Limited ( NRL) has inked memorandum of Understanding ( MOU) with Dibrugarh University (DU) to strengthen the Industry-Academia linkage through mutual collaboration.

According to NRL the MoU will benefit both the organizations and help foster a closer relationship that is expected to promote mutual interests including organising joint events and sharing of knowledge and information through studies and interactions.

The MoU would also facilitate NRL and university to identify areas for inter disciplinary research activities and jointly plan for collaborative research in the socially and ecologically relevant fields for the development of the region.
